1. Determine your budget.

If you are getting competitive quotes, ensure they’re on the same basis: compare apples to apples! Ask for the bottom line figure. The price per metre might sound inviting. Do you need your existing flooring pulled up and taken away, do you need help with furniture, is there floor preparation required, does the price include underlay and installation. Will they overlock any lift over carpet pieces into mats for you. And will your flooring be installed in a timely and professional manner.
